Most LCD Displays in their original form can't meet MIL standards or Ruggedization criteria essential for use in Extreme-Climatic conditions. Our Enhancement-solutions such as EMI Windows, Optical Bonding and ITO Thermal Heaters allow commercial LCD Displays to be suitable for use in Defence, Military, Navy, Marine and Aerospace.

Anti-Reflective Films
These films are manufactured through vacuum deposition processes where multiple, broadband, photopic, anti-reflective coatings are deposited on hard-coated polyester film. The surface of these films can be very matte to polished. Hydrophobic coating is applied on the surface for Fingerprint, Oil & Ink resistance.

Optical Bonding
Optical Bonding is a process of applying optical filters or thermal transparent heaters on the LCD Display surface. This is done using an index-matched adhesive that optically couples a cover glass or touch screen to the Display to eliminate reflection losses.

Optical Fine Wire & Micro EMI Mesh
These Optical fine wire mesh are meant for EMI / RFI shielding of electronic displays. These are un-plated, blackened, or silver-plated & conductively blackened. In addition these can also be laminated in optical substrates such as glass, polycarbonate, acrylic, PET, TAC etc.

Transparent Conductive Films
These are vacuum deposited visually transparent conductive coatings on flexible optical film. The conductive film coatings are constructed in two formats: Transparent Conductive Oxides (TCO), and Multi-Layer coatings of TCO and Metallic Layers.

Transparent Thermal Heaters
These are visually transparent substrates with electrically conductive coatings that generates heat when power is applied across the panel. These are integrated with LCD Displays when a minimum operating temperature is required.
